The New Communist Pay System in Arizona:

I just ate at a cafe in Tucson under the new pay system. I had one egg and 1/2 piece of sliced ham. I had a glass of milk and a coffee to go. Total: $11.78 plus a $2 tip that was still expected.

I'm diabetic, so I don't eat bread or potatoes. I had sliced tomatoes that I don't eat because the seeds are green.

The central bank's expansion of the money supply beyond output ate up the intrinsic value of labor wages sufficient to cause a push for a wage increase in the restaurant industry in Arizona. The new pay scale pushed costs up.

The cafe was almost empty due to higher prices, so I got quick service. But I wonder how long I'll be able to buy food in a cafe in Arizona.
